When two people are meant for each other, no time is too long, no distance is too far, no one can ever tear them apart.

We love this wonderfully romantic engagement session! We definitely waited a while for such beautiful weather, and had a blast with Victoria and Igor.

Since of the favorite thing this couple likes to do is being outdoors in nature, it seems only fitting that their engagement pictures would feature a picnic in Gillson Park, Wilmette.

And, save the date..

We met Adrian & Nadejda while shooting a Christening. They are such a fun and genuine couple and we all knew that we were the perfect fit for each other for their engagement day! We headed out a couple weeks ago to shoot their engagement session and had an absolute blast with them. Like every young copule who’s going to be married they were bashful and excited in the same time. We loved spending time and watching the two of them together being goofy, having fun and just enjoying each other.

Often times we are challenged to capture those precious moments in your life, and it is not an easy task, especially in the orthodox churches. We all know the natural light is not enough, and they are small and dark. At this event, it seemed that someone up there wanted to show it’s presence by filling the whole church with this magic light.

All of God’s grace in one little face!

It makes me very happy to see more and more young and happy families. I get to photograph them in the loveliest moments of their life. Christening being among the most important events, for the parents and for the baby as well. Gaby had received the holy baptism service at the Russian Holly Virgin Protection Cathedral in Des Plaines, Illinois. The service itself was hold in Russian language, and I can tell you it was emotional, even though I understand just a couple of words.
