It was Friday, the first day after St. Patrick’s Day. A perfect day for an Irish wedding. A beautiful catholic ceremony at St. Eduard Church followed by the reception at where else than the Irish American Heritage Center.

It was January 2011, and the first wedding of the year (thank you Ben Newton).. a beautiful wedding with a catholic ceremony.

1st Annual Balkan Orthodox Festival
Wednesday, September 29th, 2010September 26Th, 2010. We had the pleasure to be invited by the organizers to capture a few photos with the participant teams at the very first Balkan Orthodox Festival.
There were 8 European teams from various countries like Greece, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Romania.
Vibrant colors and superb traditional music had entertained the guests for a few hours at St. Mary Romanian Orthodox Church.
The children are our future and they must carry on our legacy and traditions. They were just wonderful!

Chicago has bloomed
