I enjoyed photographing this wedding in the tropical/old Havana style at the National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts & Culture in Chicago. Latino people are so warm and welcoming. It’s my first wedding where the music choice for the first dance of bride and groom and bride and her father was vibrant and passionate Cuban music, and that was beautiful! If you ever saw the “Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights” movie you’ll know what I mean.
To make their wedding this beautiful, a handful of vendors worked together:
Ceremony/Reception Venue: National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture
Caterer: Nellie’s Restaurant
DJ/Band: Doran Hernandez- Dj Extreme
Wedding Dress Retailer: Jade Bridal
Wedding Planner: Yvette Pacheco, Chicago, IL
